Who is Allan?

Allan is the youngest member of the family, whose name is made up of the initials of all of the members of the family. We serve Northern Mexican cuisine with authentic flavors and seasonings as well traditional entrees with modern twists.

Here at Allan’s we strive to make dishes that incorporate the flavors & seasonings from our home state of Chihuahua, Mexico.
We also include traditional styles & entrees from other regions of Mexico, and in our menu you will find we have brought in some varieties of which we consider to be “neo-traditional” using the same principles, flavors, & seasonings we grew up with.              Buen Provecho! See you here!
